Founding Director of firm, commencing in 1983 as Robert Williams Architects.

Rob retired in 2015, yet his knowledge of Adelaide’s architecture and his passion for and understanding of his clients lives on.

Sophia designs with heart. She established and leads the Interior Design team at WBL and her award winning works are a showcase of her elegant creativity and effervescent warmth.

Materiality is a major inspiration for Sophia and her moments of joy are commonly in conversation with a selection of materials in hand and a new vision for a space and concept forming in front of one’s eyes.

Sophia’s designs come from deep within and are a reflection of her genuine love for people; and a love of the joy her designs provide to those who experience them.

David Burton

Director

David designs for a life well lived. His passion for creating moments of awe and beauty for his clients have established the firm as a multiple RAIA and DIA award winning studio.

David’s places of happiness are at the drawing board with a G&T in hand and out on site discussing all manner of minute details with our skilful collection of builders.

He is a true leader, has a love of conversation and story-telling, and his designs echo this approach with a focus on people and personality. They are a story of how beautiful a life can be lived, for each personality he encounters.
