As an evolution of the original storied home located at the front of the site, Brougham Place integrates considered nods to the past, while carefully layering in a contemporary rigour to the rear. Neatly sitting behind a Victorian-era heritage-listed home in North Adelaide, the multi-story development allows uninterrupted views over the CBD, as its floors populate upward, further enhanced by its elevated siting. Together with architecture by PACT Architects, and developed and built by Hindmarsh, the interiors are reimagined with a calmed softening by Williams Burton Leopardi.
