It’s often the case that a young family wants to set down solid foundations for their life with their new house. Set into a hollow in the Adelaide Hills this house defines its solidity via its sandstone walls, providing the perfect repost to the large glass areas framing the extensive garden views, and fortunately solid enough to survive a 30m mature eucalypt falling on it – hence the name.
