In continuing a strong masonry presence established by the original home, College Park Residence is expanded to facilitate the growing needs of family life. As a nod to the Mediterranean heritage of the owners, outdoor living forms the foundation of each introduced gesture, encouraging movement across thresholds and easing the flow between inside and out. In ensuring a sustained presence within the streetscape, the previous heritage form remains and is restored, while the new works see an interior reworking and an additional two-level pavilion form bookmarking the rear of the site.
